The East Cobb, Smyrna-Jonquil, and Paulding County-West Cobb Lions Clubs teamed up for a busy week. Beginning on Monday, Oct 2 and ending on Friday, Oct 6, we screened 1356 kids in 3 elementary schools and one middle school. 190 were referred for further testing including professional eye exams.

In addition, we returned to a small pre-school for the 3rd year and met 25 of their young students. What a delightful group of kids! We found 2 that needed further testing. One of them was the brother of a young lady we discovered 2 years ago who needed glasses that the Paulding County-West Cobb club was able to help with.

Yeah Lions! We do good things.
